I disagree. I am an honest member and that has never happen to me, and additionally I keep spare SD cards and at least two fully charged batteries in each of my 3 camera bags. Checking these things are a ritual task before going out shooting. Not blaming the OP. Mistakes like that happen, but don't assume they happen to everyone.
