Many of the statutes are probably wobblers (can be changed as a misdemeanor or a felony). If you don’t report or intentionally under report that would/could probably be deemed a felony.

Seems like their beef was with their boss--as far as Hunter is concerned they never said much other than appoint a Special Investigator which Comer refuses to do. This will all go nowhere!
