Cell phone is one of my cameras it has limitations but so do expensive cameras with wrong lens on it. Never apologize for what camera you use. Panit with the brush you want it is your canvas not theirs.

The photograph mode in a cellular telephone may suit the moment. Mere convenience may justify use of this mode. The shooter has to decide this matter and with no apology.
