Well, I just added the U-Block extension and have IronVest disabled. Seems to work well. Weather.com is functional now. I checked a couple of other sites, they're fine also.
Looks like I'll be removing IronVest. With IronVest one could block/unblock individual sites, which was convenient. Gotta see if U-Block will work that way or if it is all/none scenario. A shame, Blur (IronVest) worked well for so long.

Firefox seems to break things with every new release, this will likely get fixed, at least temporarily, in an upcoming release. I use two browsers because there are things one does well that the other does poorly, if at all.

It wasn't "Firefox"'s fault, and I never noticed Firefox breaking anything.
It was caused by an ad/tracking blocker add-on by IronVest, which used to be Blur.
I disabled that one and installed a different blocker and everything is fine now.
I've been using Firefox exclusively since 1995 when it started as Netscape.
Never had any problems.
Only 28 years, but there's still time I suppose.

I have a report in at IronVest.
Sounds like they will be looking into it as they asked for more info.
Hope they get it fixed.

FYI-
Well, I have a fix for weather.com and Ironvest: Had to turn off tracker blocking for "Lotame".
Site operation is back to normal with IronVest running.
