They’re 6 blocks from me, but I don’t know that they’re willing to run Fibre up my long driveway just for one customer, so I’m stuck with Spectrum for now 🙁
I have existing fibre to my home from Verizon which was good but then when Frontier took over it sucked. So I now stuck with Spectrum. ATT starting to offer fiber but only in area not serviced by Frontier. In my area they only had their Direct TV sattelite which I don't like.

What’s a good upload speed to upload videos? Mine sucks and takes way too long, a few minutes for a 10 sec clip. Want to upgrade my DSL speed but all the emphasis is on down load speeds. Your advice would be helpful. Thanks.
Here is the info you were asking for. Now these are for speeds to watch a video without buffering and delays. If your sending videos to friends, then it's just a little math to determine the speed necessary to send a certain size file in a given time.
Speed = (x MB)/(y sec) = MB/s
If you don't have the fiber optic infrastructure in your area, then you'll need either cell or satellite access to improve performance. If you use cell, the cell companies start throttling your speeds after a certain amount of usage. I have Spectrum Phone with unlimited data, but they throttle after 20GB/mo.
Another option that doesn't require fiber optic infrastructure is satellite service. There are 3 major satellite service providers, Viasat, HughesNet and Starlink. Starlink advertised speeds are in the range of 50-500 Mbps. There's also rumors of Starlink implementing a data cap before throttling of 1TB/mo.
My upload speed is consistently between 10 and 12 mps with Spectrum internet. I get very fast uploads.

If it’s available, Google Fibre is the answer - symmetrical, 1Gb down and up.
Lumos here in High Point has that scheme, too.
