Indicted for WHAT? What crime did he commit?

Now here is the tough question for you francine. IF you were invited, would you go? Most of us would not. It is up to the State to prove some type of case without the cooperation of the suspected person. How is it you lying corrupt Left Wingers always forget those little details?

Dennis

If I were innocent, I would go.
See? Easy peasy.

You might be forgetting that even IF someone is indicted they next must go to a TRIAL and be convicted of specific charges. An indictment is nothing but an accusation.

Dennis,
I know that your expertise extends to many areas. Over the last two years alone, you have been an expert on epidemiology, military tactics, world politics, and now criminal law.
However, an indictment is a bit more than an accusation. In order to be indicted, the prosecution must prove that they have reasonable grounds to believe you committed a crime. That's one step up from suspicion and one down from beyond a reasonable doubt, which is what they need to get a conviction.
You might want to go back to law school, while you're studying to become an expert on banking and train safety.
Now if you and your ilk, can muster an answer without insulting me, I would appreciate seeing it.
Thank you, and So Mote It Be.

....however if its totally partisan and initiated by an openly admitted Trump-hater, which this so blatantly is, then an indictment really means nothing....eh Frank?

Not missing any facts. Just stating that people like us go to jail while the “elite” among us never do.
And according to your list, only Democrats are law breakers not any of your clan members

Which are the clan members? Would that include Hillary's mentor, Robert Byrd? You are quick to cast names but nothing toward your own real Klan members. Who on the Right are law breakers. I came up with a number of them on the Left side and you are welcome to list those on the Right you feel have broken the law. But along with that yu should name charges too to support your thoughts. Those I listed did break the law. Give your list please.

Then by going you would be an idiot, opening yourself up to possible charges. Trump is no idiot as you must be by your own admission. Most would not go just to give the State a fishing expedition. I guarantee your attorney would tell you not to go unless you were under subpoena.

Have you ever in your life made the right decision francine, on anything at all? It would seem not.

Well francine after spending over 30 years in LAW related professions I have picked up some pointers here and there. Having spent time as a combat Marine does give me some knowledge in military tactics. I guarantee I have picked up as much information on world politics as you have and most likely more considering I do not normally make the stupid dumb ass comments you make. As for epidemiology, every one of us most likely has at least one friend who has died of Covid or who has at least contracted Covid in the past 2 years. That as well as hearing about it every day since Covid was released by the Wuhan Lab in China gives me as much experience as many others, at least enough to discuss it here. Now WTH were you saying about my lack of experience? You will note I seldom if ever make comments on monetary issues/banking/world finance because I do not understand it so do not comment. As for trains, I don't recall making comments on them either. Maybe you could point them out for us to make your point OR just admit once again you are a LIAR with a big mouth.

DAMN, don't you get tired of looking like an ASS?

Sorry to offend Dennis, we all know that the entire Democratic “clan” belongs in jail so you win.

And that does qualify francine to be at their level of expertise, right near the bottom of the barrel. I just can't understand why it is today he excels at being near the bottom losing part of every discussion. Maybe there really are such things as Stupid Pills.

I was trying to give Frank the benefit of the doubt hoping he was just ignorant, but I guess you are correct Dennis, it’s just plain out-right stupidity.

Thank you very much. You are not wrong at all. But I think for today francine has gone well past ignorance and into the realm of stupidity under his particular rock. Normally he isn't this bad.

OK he IS this bad but I am trying my best to be nice.

Really? You are complaining about being insulted?

You are one of the biggest insulters and trolls on here.

Rather ironic...and that is being kind to you...
