Oh yes! He will be indicted by a politically motivated prosecutor but he will not be convicted because the law regarding campaign finance violations is clear, and Trump will be cleared.

You might be forgetting that even IF someone is indicted they next must go to a TRIAL and be convicted of specific charges. An indictment is nothing but an accusation.
