Jederick! The snow is beautiful!

Stay put we did as the roads were a mess throughout the valley. Yes, it is beautiful to photograph and that is about all, this from an old phart!!

Looking out my garage door a few minutes ago. Our birdbath has a foot of snow on it so no bathing today. Neighbor shoveling snow yelled over that it is "wet and heavy".

News this morning telling people to stay home if possible...schools are closed and airport is barely operable...three feet of new snow in the mountains. On February 14th, Alta Ski Resort had surpassed 500 inches of snow, the earliest ever for that amount!! Going to be a wild date for those who venture out!

Nice image!!!
I figure Mother Nature puts the snow there she can remove it!!
She wants it there, and it's not nice to fool with Mother Nature

Wow, that is an impressive pile of snow on the birdbath. Sorry that you have to contend with moving heavy wet snow today, Jim.

Wow - that's a lot of white stuff. Here in Central NJ we're still waiting for the first snowfall of the season.

You'all got it all. Rochester got an inch of 33 degree slush, then it went down to 27 degrees and hardened.

We did get snow later, and I'll have to trudge through it to get the mail. I bet it's deep enough to almost cover my slippers! 🤣

That's what too much, hopefully things get back to normal quickly. Much better to see it in a photograph than experience it.

Beautiful big wet snow. This is what the Lake Meade reservoir needs. Might make the snow melt season worrisome for you all.

Makes me yearn for Arizona where I spent my early years. (I can't really say 'grew up') Last week we escaped Provo to spend a couple of weeks in Hurricane. We got about an inch here! First time I've seen snow around our home in Hurricane. Not looking forward to heading back north to Provo. Good luck and for heaven's sake, hire someone else to shovel the walks and driveway.
