Need some help if anyone has it. I haven't actively sought any photo work for pay in quite a while. Recently got a job photographing architecture for a manufacturer that produces decorative concrete blocks.

Does anyone out there know of a web site or program that can be used to produce a professional looking invoice for freelance work?
Thanks to all.

You can download a WORD or EXCEL template from the Microsoft WEB site. You likely already have the software you need.

I use paypal for all of my client billing, it's quick easy and you can design or just add your logo to the invoice format. it makes accounting so much easier.

We use Sail Pay for taking credit cards and cash using a smart phone. This is by VeriFone. They will integrate with Stitch. Stitch will do all the book work to include inventory. Both are free, Sail Pay gets their money form credit card fees and Stitch has a free account. Both give you the ability to print, text or email invoices. The links to both are https://www.sailpay.com and http://www.stitchlabs.com

PayPal would be good to collect money, also check out square for taking credit cards. Quick books is a good business program it let's you track all your income and expenses, makes tax time easy. I have been using it since 1995 or so.

Have you used It's Deductible? It's a Quicken online program that keeps track of all kinds of contributions - clothing, books, tools, etc. it totals up the amount you can deduct, including, mileage, and puts that figure right into TurboTax. It's free.

I have been looking for a simple invoicing system that will make invoices and record payments without paying the earth.
Is it possible to have a copy of yours please, it sounds ideal.

If you have a iPhone or droid get" Invoices to go ". I use it for my business and after you set it up you can write an invoice on your phone or iPad and then send them the invoice. They will get it on there device thus skipping the paper invoice. Or you can send it wireless to your printer or there printer. It works great with minimal learning curve. If you need more info let me know I will be glad to help.
