I just bought a camera from them that had more scratches than it should have for the condition it was listed as. Sent them an email about it and no reply after 5 days, not good service

Did you try picking up a phone and giving them a call and actually talking to someone?

Oops. I sold them two of my old lenses. Was thinking of using proceeds to buy used Sony 24-105 from mpb. But was also considering buying used Sony lens from B&H. Any comparisons here between MPB and B&H for buying used lenses

I haven't used MPB but I've heard nothing but good things about them. Give them a call. I'm sure they'll fix it, I have only used KEH and have bought all of my equipment from them.

No phone number listed on the site. An email should work and 5 days was enough time to answer.

MPB has been ok in the past, but might try KEH the next time

Linda if you have any concerns about MPB ,go with the more proven reputable dealerships and buy your used Sony 24-105 from B&H, Adorama, KEH or Allen's camera if they have one in stock.

Cheers and best to you.

Yep, if that long - hard to miss.

I’ve bought a number of items from MPB and have been satisfied with all. In one case, the charger for the battery grip was missing, and a phone call to them fixed the issue immediately.
