Sherwood Lincoln Whistletown Wilds Loc: southeastern Ct.

SL2R5576- Osprey by Sherwood Lincoln, on Flickr The last of the Ospreys. These conspicuous large hawks are pretty easy to find; they inhabit most lakes, salt shores, bays, and inlets. Fifty years ago, you would be hard-pressed to find one in Ct. They may be easy to find now but getting good photos can be challenging. I have spent many hrs. trying to get the right shot. All images were taken in Southeastern Ct. with a Canon 5D M IV and Canon 100 to 400 Il. I sincerely appreciate your comments. Thank you.

A very good Osprey capture. Both the Osprey and fish's eyes are very sharp.
