Just like the “magic” little red boxes advertised periodically on UHH that promise to save you 90% on your electronic bill or the 200 mpg carburetor or those magnets for your fuel line that will double your gas mileage (and there’s a conspiracy among the manufacturers and power companies to keep that information from you).

Last I knew, a magnetic field has to be moving through/around a coil of wire in order to generate electricity, AC electricity.
That's why generator armatures rotate, driven mostly by gasoline engines.

With the wires going to the spark plugs, there is no "coil", and there is no movement of the magnet.

You can try it, but don't expect anything.

EXACTLY RIGHT. One more internet hoax. And even if the magnet was moving, the voltage generated in a single wire would not possibly light up an LED. That's why generators have a coil of wire. And of course, what possible contribution could the spark plugs be making??? Pure sham window dressing.

Good clean fun! The spark plugs don't have anything to do with it. We don't know what's inside the "Magnet" but I will guess it is a battery powered alternating magnetic field that induces voltage into the wires.

I think it's the battery inside the bulb and was turn on/off via remote control. The spark plug and the magnet did nothing. It's true BS.

Maybe he's practicing to be a magician. He certainly does some strange things.

He spent too much time wiring the socket, stripping the wires and gluing the spark plugs. He is poor BS. Generator has magnet but it's not the power of the magnet but the mechanical energy that turns the generator that is converted to electrical energy.

There are lots of perpetual motion hoaxes on the Internet. All have some form of hidden power source. This is no different.
