They don't have a sell tab on their site anyway. I take it you're not happy with them.
They don’t deal in used. The suggestion was a joke. They are the prime example on here of a once reputable company that is now run by shysters.
My first SLR camera was bought in 1964 as a HS graduation present from Peerless Camera (located on Lexington Avenue on the Eastside of Manhattan, in the '40s (Street) around Grand Central Terminal), the sister store to Willoughby's which for many years was on West 32nd Street on the main drag to Penn Station. Both companies went into bankruptcy and the names were sold to others.
Willoughby's, since then, resurrected itself with a small store on Fifth Avenue in the '20s (Street) and elsewhere later. They are basically similar to the tourist shops that line Fifth and Madison Avenues with limited brands and selections that are higher priced; someone else said that they are not authorized dealers of anything.
Back in the day (the '70s) when I began my custom photo lab business, I bought small amounts of photographic paper, chemicals and sundries from Willoughby's fully stocked darkroom department. They even introduced me to Arkin-Medo, a photographic wholesaler that was affiliated with them and gave me my first credit account with terms of 10/2 Net 30!
Now I wouldn't buy anything from them!
Be well! Ed
Avoid Abe's of Maine. I'd rather get covid. When you get over covid you don't feel bad anymore.

I heard that they feature the Canon brand.

I had a minor issue with Adorama years ago about a very inexpensive item. Gave me the total run around. Probably under $25 dollars. I've never gone back to them. Spent thousands at other dealers so there policy cost them a customer for life

They (Abes of Maine) are not an authorized Canon dealer. They are not an authorized dealer of any brand of camera equipment. They apparently scrape together gray market goods, advertise stuff they don't have and try to pull a switch on you. They've been known to remove accessories from boxes to sell separately. "You bought a camera. You didn't pay for a battery charger." There are volumes of this information on UHH. It's all over the Internet. I don't know how what they're doing isn't against the law. They and some other rebranded companies are all located in New York. Maybe there's a reason for it.

I might give a company or something like a restaurant one chance to redeem themselves. Maybe the idiot or the chef who incinerated my food isn't working there any longer. Sometimes I'm pleasantly surprised. Sometimes not. By the way, I've ordered photo equipment on Amazon more than once that actually came from Adorama. Amazon has a generous return policy if you don't abuse it.

Yes they have great prices on grey market products. I bought from them in the beginning before I was educated as to grey market repairs. I bought a d7100 from them as a body only and they sent it in a box that came with a lens but they removed the lens. Great price but hokey deal in my opinion
A photographer and their money are easily parted at Abe's.

I always thought New York had strong consumer protection laws, so I wonder why Abe's has gotten away with their practices for this long?

I have to correct myself. When the name was sold, they set up shop in Brooklyn, but in 2006 they moved to New Jersey. I looked this up. I didn't realize they weren't still in Brooklyn. Maybe they got run out.
They're well-known for their great prices ... and other things too.

The expression Honest Abes was NOT about them
