You're too late to sell the idea to Hitchcock, but it makes for a memorable picture. I like to take a couple of short 2x4s and slap them together for a simulated rifle shot. You might run them on down the road if you're lucky, but if not it's still fun to herd them around for a while.

I have a Border Collie/Australian Cattle Dog mix. She just loves to herd birds & squirrels. Cats and Raccoons, not so much.
Nice shot--that is indeed Hitchcock material.
