But it isn't about convenience. It's about saving children's lives. It's about being willing to accept whatever infringement is required of you to do just that. You should be one of the first to surrender their vehicle, being all about accepting infringement.

I've seen too many instances where the police have saved lives and also lost their own on highways protecting others after crashes. Right here in Dallas.
