Your logic is unassailable. After all, how could we get from home to work without our guns?
But it isn't about convenience. It's about saving children's lives. It's about being willing to accept whatever infringement is required of you to do just that. You should be one of the first to surrender their vehicle, being all about accepting infringement.
You don't need to be a rockets scientist to figure this out. If you don't want cops to restrain you or throw you to the ground and pin you down. Don't resist arrest.
This instructional video might help with encounters with the Po-PO.
Surprising. The police have no obligation to protect anyone. If they want to stand outside a school for an hour, that's their decision. Court after court has ruled that police have to obligation to protect people. If they do nothing, that's not a violation of any laws.
You are wasting your breath. I never done any police work but know their job is tough. People like this are brainwashed children that are for defunding police.
Police have to follow procedure. They will not get fired for following procedure even if that procedure causes more deaths in a shoot out. But they can get fired for not following procedure. So that is what they do. If the commanding officer says we have to wait for backup. That is what you do. If you don't they can fire you so they do what they are told.
I watched the video. The do have a obligation to protect the public, not the individual. Where were the police when BLM were destroying federal buildings and local businesses? Defunding the police seems like the logical answer (sarcasm)
Police have to follow procedure. They will not get... (show quote)
Have you noticed that when the police shoot a bad guy, it's the police who are at fault? When a bad guys shoots innocent people, it's the guns fault.
They should have to take that "Serve and Protect" slogan off the cop cars and replace it with "Donuts are Good".
I've seen too many instances where the police have saved lives and also lost their own on highways protecting others after crashes. Right here in Dallas.

Yup, right here all across America, many of them murdered/assassinated by blacks.
