They've said that in the past. Several times. If you don't have a chip foundry, someone who does has to make them for you. It's been discussed several times here. Short memories here about this and a lot of other things.

Hope Carter was not affected by the disastrously destructive Yellowstone flooding! Just heard the park has been closed, parts (especially the northern section) likely for the remainder of the season.
