Texas retains the right to make sure that its roads are safely traveled, states can inspect vehicles that travel on their roads for safety compliance.... Has nothing to do with interstate commerce. That's my take anyway.

Bull his actions has monstrous effect on interstate and “ foreign “ trade./ evidenced by loss of millions .

It was nothing more than a political ploy leading up to his election campaign

It is what it is, the fact that Biden has effectively turned our border security over to the cartels does not seem to bother you at all, however a Texas government fighting back with any tools accessible to him does..... Seems to me that you have your priorities a bit screwed up Denny.

The lawsuits for the spoiled food and produce because of governor abbott's roadblock "inspections" is going to cost Abbott and the State of Texas Millions if not Billions in restitutions to the shippers of those products.

Are you happy with the huge supply chain delays which abbott created?

Are you happy with the sharp price increases on those products because supply can't meet demand?

abbott caused those shortages and sharp price increases!

Yes, current price increases on produce and foods from Mexico are the fault of abbott!

Okay, so you also agreed that this current national inflation is all Biden's fault right?

In a previous post, you agreed that gas prices which are the major cause of global inflation is Putin's blame. Are you waffling?

You do realize inflation was riding dramatically way before Putin's invasion right?

You must have missed something, for one that was not my writing that was on the article. The other thing is that this is addressing so-called price drops not inflation. Inflation started way before Putin's invasion of ukraine. So I never said what you claim I said.
