And as for the Afghan withdrawal (nice redirection there), as we've already discussed, that was due to a timeline TRUMP forced on Biden.

Yeah... he couldn't change a thing that Trump did... nothing at all! His hands were tied and he never changed anything at all.... well... except everything .. but this one pledge to the upstanding and wholesome democratic taliban...

Which was open ended on Trump's part, contingencies in place that they had to live up to or they themselves would be targeted..

yeah of all the sorts of people in the world - you must be proud that the one people he kept his word to was the taliban- you go with that and be proud.

So, for the countless trump things that biden overturned he (his handlers and cronies) decided to honor the Afghan withdrawal??? You are so full of it that the sewers are jealous. Grow up and try to get a real life outside of libby fantasyland.

It was a treaty with the government of Afghanistan. Unilaterally breaking it would have damaged our credibility international even more (and, after Trump, our credibility was dangling on a thread).

The "contingencies" were basically nonsense. Essentially they said, "We'll leave people there as we take them out". Eventually, you have to take everyone out.

It was not a treaty. Treaties have to be ratified by congress. It was not. And, if Biden was so bound by it why did we leave Afghanistan months after the deadline that had been set during the Trump administration?

And, why is there proof that the administration did not even begin to formulate a plan to get U.S. citizens and Afghans who had aided us out until just a couple weeks before we completely left?

Biden's incompetent foreign policy cost people their lives. Shoot, the administration even gave the Taliban a list of all the Afghan nationals who we planned to evacuate, effectively giving them a kill list. And we still have not evacuated all of the U.S. citizens in the country.
