Am unable to open Topaz Denoise update to my Mac. Wasted several hours trying. Not even going to try updating Sharpen.

Same for me, downloaded, verified and it’s working just fine on my iMac.

Give this a try, it worked for me:
Uninstall the Topaz Product which did not completely install.

Then click on "Account" at the top right of the page.
Then "Log In".
After logging, in go to "My Products", click on that, and download the item that you need to re-install.
