Topaz Labs Sharpen AI v3.3.5 Does Not Work

Anyone else having issues? It will not let me log into the site allowing for confirmation of my account and freeing the app to work.

Pain in the backside for sure.

E-mailed complaint and request for fix.

I just down loaded and had to verify email and password no problem working after that.

Tried that seven times, re-booted, deleted the topaz installer-no luck so far. This happened the last time they decided to change installers.

I installed it this morning. I had to log in, and it worked fine.

I just did the upgrade this morning. I had to reset my password to get logged back on again. But I did get logged on afterwards. I chose Forgot password, they sent me a link and it went pretty well.

When you install the update, it logs you out. You have to log back in. I just did it, it worked fine, after I remembered my password. I was inputting it won't. Are you doing the same maybe.

Actually no. It would accept the password then just sit there.

I selected Forgot Password, went through that mess and it finally worked!

Glad you got out going......I have an encrypted file with all my password in it..... That way I can never forget one, as long as I typed it in correctly.

I do, too. The damn app would not accept the password, so I went through the Forgot Password protocol.
