I just don’t see the photographic merit of posting this image. It could have been a photo of a wart, and I might ask the same question. There is nothing special about the image itself… nor the anatomy that is exposed.

This has some merit but would require a good deal of processing to render an artistic photograph. I tend to agree with John, at least a little bit.
