OK, I have a feeling I may regret this but I'm gonna risk it.

That's another one I expected too. Thank you for looking and commenting.

Thank you for commenting. I never even thought about the vax when I posted, but I have a feeling that's going to be the main topic.

Thanks Jim. How many little girls were afraid to go to Grandma's house.

Thank you, I hope history proves my comment as wrong. Ask us the question again in five years.

OK, if you insist, I'll start it off.
Younger people won't even know what I'm talking about when I tell you mine. Here ya go.
What mother could possibly think that it would be a good thing to sing the lullabye
"Rock-a-bye baby" to her child????

I mean, the words:
"Rock a bye baby, in the tree top,
when the wind blows, the cradle will rock"

OK, so far so just let the wind rock the cradle for you, right? Are there mosquitoes? Is it cold up there? Who climbed up the tree to put the baby up there in the first place...and hauled a cradle up a tree?

and then, to continue with,...
"When the bough breaks, the cradle will fall,
Down will come cradle, baby and all."

Now isn't that a comforting thought??? That should lull any precious little child to sleep with a smile.
Who EVER thought to write something like that?

I'm not even going to mention Fairy tales. Poor scared little pigs! Hansel and Gretel got the stuffings scared out of them and LRRH's grandma got eaten by the wolf. Maybe "stupid" is not the right word.
What's the stupidest thing you ever heard? br OK, ... (show quote)

I picked up on that even as a kid. I wonder where the song came from?

And when it does, a million souls will have died needlessly due to the propagation of this type of misinformed, medically illiterate tripe.

Thanks for commenting Steve. I can't even imagine anyone writing words like that. I can't keep from calling it stupid.

My sincere apologies for letting this intrude on your thread. I have watched friends die needlessly, and I just cannot keep still.

Hey, no apology needed. I was informed a few days ago about a friend near where I lived in Tn, whose two sons went to get their booster shots last week. Within 8 hours both were dead. They were 19 and 22.
I always agree to never judge anyone for their opinions. We own them and we have the right to them.
