No Limit to Stupidity

"I am Legend" is a novel written in 1954. The movie "Omega Man" with Charlton Heston was one film version of this novel. The novel is quite good.
A couple of things to remember:
1. 50% of people are of below average intelligence.
2. When people perceive that they are being lied to they make up a bunch of weird stuff to fill the lack of credible information.
From the mid 1960s to 1970s the City of Detroit a program to cut down the once magnificent canopy of Elm trees than lined the streets due to Dutch Elm Disease. Because of the 1967 riot some believed that that trees were cut down to provide better surveillance from the air. For some reason many residents refused free trees in later years to replace those cut down because they were surly part of a new surveillance program.
I traveled extensively in communist countries in the 1980s. In those countries, people were always coming up with weird theories to explain the government lies - all trust was lost. Some of the theories were more-or-less true but other not so.
In the COVID era governments around the world have been both depriving people of their civil rights and lying to to them about what is known and what is not known about COVID. Again all trust is lost. As a result people make up a bunch of weird stuff. Some with more than a grain of truth and others not based reality in any way. Not in anyway different from the citizens of Detroit 50 years ago or the citizens of communist countries.

Then it's logical that there is also something in the vaccine to prevent fertility: the ones dominating the world don't want everybody zombie, but a limited number of them.
