Good God man, it is absolutely clear the video is doctored. The lip movements are out of synch with the words.

No TV news network would purposely doctor the words of a president. They could very well lose their FCC liscense. And their credibility would be lost as well as a large part of their audience. There is a very big difference between being wrong and purposely "doctering" quotes
