In an appearance tiday. Biden could not remember the name of the congressmen to whom he was referring, then he said "my butt's been wiped" several times and then he asked "Where is mom" also several times. She was not there. Biden has lost it. He (as well as Mom) is not there.

I saw a clip from that video and it's impossible to tell what he's actually saying but to me it doesn't sound like he's saying that.

I'm a Biden detractor and very rarely, if ever, agree with anything you say. But even I'm calling BS on this video. It almost looks like some 2nd grade homework assignment on an "Intro to Video Editing" course.
