North European Plain 64 - Poland/Szczecin|Stettin 9 - Waly Chrobrego & Oder River
Last glances at the Oder River and some graffiti art under a highway overpass. After that, dinner at an interesting restaurant, and a splendid breakfast in the morning to make us leave Szczecin with a happy stomach and a smile on our faces …......
With this set, I am closing the coverage of Szczecin/Stettin, tomorrow we will start having a look at the great castle of the Teutonic Knights in Malbork/Marienburg.
I believe I have presented a substantial amount of images to give most viewers a more than sufficient insight into Szczecin. For those viewers with very close ties to this city, or others that are thirsting for more: As with any of my presentations, it is always possible to see more of the topic selection by looking up my online photo albums at
www.weberwest.weebly.comAfter clicking on the link, you have two choices to look at my albums: chronological or geographical. Click on the tab "Albums-Chronological" at the top of the home page, the listing of my albums will open. The Sczcecin photos are contained in the album "North European Plain 5 - Western Poland" presently close to the top of the list. I present 2 album versions, the "Short" set with a limited selection and the "Full" set which includes more variations, some of them may be close duplicates. My presentations on UHH normally show the images in the "Short" version, but sometimes augmented with other images from the "Full" version to provide a complete set of a particular topic. Thus the images in the Short version have already been presented at UHH, you can see them here all together, rather than in slices of 10, but without the explanatory text. If you are interested in more pictures, you would need to click on the link "Full", the images of Szczecin are at the very beginning of this album. Hover your cursor over the image and then click on the letter "i" in a circle to either activate or inactivate the white right panel providing information on the pictures (this panel provides an easy glance at the information, but can somewhat distract from the viewing pleasure).

Thank you Richard, yes I was happy with that shot (it is just from my rather antique cell phone) and believe me, the omelet tasted great too!

Thank you Joe, glad you liked both aspects!
Another wonderful set Joe. I enjoyed the views of the Oder River, and you captured very nice detailed view of the graffiti. The food shots were great, so colorful. What a breakfast spread... looks delicious.
