Reminiscent of a Renaissance work, Carla; I like it.
thank you, Rob, that is so kind and absolutely thrills me! I've been a little hit/miss on site. But I always look at your work when I'm on. Your graphic abilities are way beyond my skill. Maybe you can give some explanation on occasion?

This is a very compelling image, Carla. It has emotional as well as visual impact, and now I’m hungry.
Thank You, Vicki. I don't get on site very often anymore so just caught your thoughts tonight. That is so encouraging to have you look at this. Since posting this last year, I've reworked it several times, finding I need to simplify more and watch blowing out the whites. Still life photography is still something I enjoy and with the pandemic and quarantining over the past year, its been a bit of a salvation. You are always inspiring, your artistic vision always comes through and your continued willingness to learn new things is an inspiration. I hate "learning curves"!
