I appreciate your ideas, nimbushopper. It is actually a pear but I need to rework this and make it simpler. I don't think the figs help either and the wine was actually an afterthought. the best thing about digital images is that I can take many and discard many and not deal with developing. So many options tho' makes me more indecisive. Quite the quandary.

That is so generous of you to say, StanMac. I struggle with the compositions quite a bit and although I liked that north window light on the left, it blew out the cut pear more than I had wanted and although I tried to fix that, its still pretty bright. Thank you for letting me know your thoughts and I'm glad you enjoyed this.
