To simplify is a ploy for argument and so is the other extreme which is what I did in my post. Homelessness is a complex subject and the reasons for individuals being homeless have many roots. Many times it is a mental condition. Years ago there were many mental institutions for those suffering from such maladies. " Reagan closed down mental institutions when he was governor." "When Reagan was President he threw everyone off Social Security Disability," LWW always says "read a book" Regan and many said "take a pill." "President Jimmy Carter provided grants to community mental health centers. In 1981 President Ronald Reagan and the U.S. Congress repealed most of the law. " [congress was still a slight majority Democrat but the Senate was Republican.]

The rigid Republican Brain thinks all poor are poor for a personal reason. Should they become disabled their attitudes would view things from the other side.

And LBJ start the war on poverty and 16 trillions$++++ that was in 2014 spent and NO success, at that time 14 million were in poverty, that too is a big problem who can be attached to homelessness. So why the democrats start this and didn't finished it or show some evidences of their "success"?

Sorry, I was going on what a friend of mine had opined. He's quite knowledgeable on matters of the Constitution and Constitutional Law. I'm not sure where he read or came to that conclusion and I've been too busy with holiday stuff to have time to research.

I found the photograph on the web. It was taken by Nick Veasey. I simply added the glasses I wear to it.

From section 1 of the 22nd Amendment: "No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once."

I am curious, how did you create your avatar? It is very cool!

The amendment is quite clear, I don’t know how they could have read it and came to a different conclusion.

I said, "Welcome to the Republican Party."

I am pleased with the simplicity of Republican thinking... To solve the homeless problem, mass executions or work camps would be recommended... the defective would be culled out. Many people in many countries are satisfied with totalitarian governments they know what to expect and the rules to follow. Long live the Republican Party and my Trump and family be presidents for ever.
