I want to shoot auction Photos of school games and matches, I would like to share them with the kids and Parents, maybe a website or something not sure yet. Is their a issue with Privacy Laws ? What are the Privacy Laws with posting pictures ?

There should be no issue. But I think contacting the school would be a better choice than asking a bunch of Hogs.

There might be some issues if they're auctioning children?

Sorry not sure of what the correct term should be. I have never been good at spelling or writing. That is the reason I have stayed away from these kind of things but l like UHH, seemed like a good place to get information.
Hope the questions were ok

I can’t speak for all sports and all schools, but I have shot probably a hundred HS wrestling matches and football games, and have never been questioned by anyone, although at the smaller matches, I typically check in with the coach of the host school as a courtesy. I have been approached by parents dozens of times, asking for copies of images of their children competing, which I always share (without charge).

Typically Google Drive - I email them an invitation, and they can log in, view and download.

Are you saying "action" photos, or are you saying you will be selling these photos? That would certainly be a "commercial use" of the subjects images, and would require a written consent from parents.

I always worked through the Athletic Director of the school. I would shoot the shots and get them to him/her and then the school would post to the schools website. I always told the school all I wanted was a photo credit. The school could do what they wanted with them. TOOK ME COMPLETELY OFF THE HOOK. So to speak.
