The issue is that the Democrats would do anything to discredit Trump and not have him run for re-election than sit down and actually work out a plan, as far as I am concerned there isn’t a politician anywhere in this country worth the water to flush them down the toliet, let alone process the waste.

That was a pure publicity stunt. Just trying to divert HIS responsibility for the shut down. So he didn't play golf. HE, the one who lambasted Obama for playing. Besides, he got to catch up on all the TV shows he watches all day anyway.
