What do you do on a day that is too cold and overcast to get out a shoot? Play in Photoshop! In homage to the every knowledgeable, helpful and incredibly talented Linda From Maine here is my version of her iconic tree silhouettes in moonlight. Thank you Linda for all that you do to teach and guide us beginners into being better photographers and artists, with such patience and kindness.
Keni I'm so touched by your comments! Your enthusiasm for photography is infectious and you've brought back many memories of my first days with this joyous hobby. I very much appreciate your friendship. Your tree is stunning!
I like the textured look there.
This is really nice, Keni. It's simplistic but not. It's the limited number of elements that makes it work.
That would look great in my family room. Nice job Keni. What did the original look like Linda ?

Thanks Ava! Here is a link to one of the original post from Linda that inspired me. I can only aspire to her level of creativity.

Thanks Dave. I am working on layering the back ground so it has more depth. Lots of things to play with here.

Thank you. Sometimes less really is more.

Wow on both counts. First on the fine job you did and secondly on the beautiful photos that Linda took.
