Voter suppression:

Closing polling places in communities of color
Purging eligible voters from the rolls without their knowledge
Barring felons from voting
Voter ID laws
Eliminating early voting

Voter ID laws are not just a matter of having a photo ID; they discriminate against groups of people based upon the type of ID allowed (e.g. student ID's not allowed, gun registration permits allowed).

So, tell me again about "closing polling places in communities of color." Where and when did that happen? Please provide specifics.

Tell me also about Purging eligible voters from the rolls without their knowledge?" Where and when did that happen? Please provide specifics.

Barring felons from voting? When has that become an issue? I mean, I know the vast majority of felons are Dims, (I think the converse is true also,) but you lose a lot of rights when you're a convicted felon, so don't commit felonies.

Since when do Voter ID laws suppress voters from voting? Most of the world have voter ID laws.

When did anyone eliminate early voting? Please be specific.

We've already discussed the form of ID needed to vote.

All you have is straw man humbug. Get evidence of fraud.

So, a precinct reporting 120% voting is not evidence of fraud?

There are many more questions coming about the voting in Kalifornia. The numbers simply do not add up. Stay tuned.

Now, I'm under no delusion Kalifornia will rescind the law. That would only occur if the GOP were to use it better than the Dims and start taking over seats in Kalifornia using that vote fraud method. That's not going to happen.

If you go to a state school?

You're not going to believe this but DPS does not run the schools in Texas. Anyway, that would be unfair to the students who do not go to state schools, and you're all about fairness, aren't you? Or is it only when "fairness" gives an advantage to your side?

Students can register to vote in either their home state or the state they attend college.

There are two options, make it easy to vote or make it difficult to vote. I am on the side of making it easy to vote.

Wrong. Totally wrong. Voting is the duty and privilege for the citizen. You just want to allow as much vote fraud as possible because the vast majority of voter fraud, by far, is always committed by your side. If the other side was the one committing the vast majority of voter fraud, you would want to make it as difficult as possible to vote.

I want it to be very easy to vote, but I want to preserve the sanctity of the vote. I vote once in every election. I really enjoyed the last two cycles here in Texas. I voted early but there was always a line, though it was quick. The line had people of all colors and walks of life and they all had one thing in common; they all had their photo ID out and ready to present to the poll worker. In fact, the TDL is coded that your info shows up on the machine used at check-in and then you are assigned a PIN and directed to use any of the bank of voting machines. Quick, easy, safe.

In Kalifornia, after the polls had closed and for weeks thereafter, people were coming by dropping sacks of "sealed" Dims ballots, no checking, no questions asked.

Which system do you prefer?

(And yes, Texas has voting by mail, free ID and so on.)

Please explain how voter Id would have helped in any way. Attempting to communicate with a creature such as yourself may indicate I’m foolish it doesn’t indicate I lack maturity.

It would identify who is voting.
Indicates foolish lack of maturity and more...
