This was a new one on me; I had never heard of vote harvesting before. And for good reason, it is illegal in most states and countries around the world, but Kalifornia signed it into law a while back.

Essentially, vote harvesting is a trick used to go directly to someone, convince them to vote a certain way on the ballot that you give them, and then take this ballot back to a polling station and hand it in. There is no checking, not chain of custody, nothing; Kalifornia law says to accept "sealed" ballots from anyone.

So on November 6, in 14 congressional districts in Kalifornia, when that night the GOP had won those seats, the Dims got busy and went harvesting and turned in ballots hours, days and weeks after the vote until they reached the numbers they needed to win the seat. The GOP were caught flat-footed. They thought they had won the seats and that the elections were over. Not true, the Dims got busy.

This is the perfect example of why the electoral college is SO critical in this country. This is only in Kalifornia and you can see how effective it has been at stealing elections.

In Kalifornia, anyone can hand in ballots. No questions asked. About the only place in the world you can do that.

This is misleading and incorrect. The ballots were not filled in after the election; they were filled in before and during the election. The results were not known before the mail-in votes were made.

What is true, is that the Democrats took advantage of the law, and Republicans did not.

It is just one more example of why a more universal voting process should be implemented. On-line voting, weekend voting, all should be considered as replacements for the basic Tuesday only voting (which is generally not the case now, with so many states having early voting, but access is still limited among the voting populace).

More numbers are coming out from this Vote Harvesting concept. Orange Country alone reports 250,000 harvested votes. On the night of November 6, a GOP congressman in Kalifornia had won by a margin of over 6%, the Dims vote harvesters went to work and over the next three weeks brought in enough votes to overturn the results.

This vote harvesting is an open invitation for vote fraud but this time on an industrial scale. The Dims live for vote fraud, it's what they do best. This "law" says the polling stations have to accept the votes brought him by anyone, no questions asked, no verification, no chain of custody. We already know that Kalifornia enrolls illegals and non-citizens in voter registration. After that, anything goes, and does.

This is one of the reasons the electoral college is so important. It limits the fraud in one state from totally infecting the rest of the country.

Kalifornia is truly a banana republic.
