This is Gunner England my Grandson. His Grandmother and I went to Parris Island to watch him graduate.
We are so proud of him.

Looks like he made Honor man for his Platoon and rifle expert.

I wish the best for him! If it weren't for Patriots like him we wouldn't have a country!

Your grandson is a special young man. You can be very proud of him, as I am sure you are. My wife and I are both military veterans, and we wish him the very best in his career. The future of our country is in good hands with men like him.

Congratulations to your grandson and best of luck to him. Give him this piece of advise, do the 20 years ( they will go by faster than he may think) and don't volunteer for anything, (LOL). Really, keep his nose clean, move up thru the ranks and enjoy a nice retirement at the end of his 20, he will not regret it.
I graduated from there in Jan.1964, then unto Camp Lejeune, NC. for more training. 1 tour in Vietnam, 65-66. was lucky enough to make it back home.

Semper Fi,
Joe W.

I'll quote Ronald Reagan: "Most people go thru life wondering if they made a difference. Marines don't have that problem." Semper Fi! Congrats!
