For great burgers, go to the Moab Brewery next to McDonalds-also the Porcupine Pilsner there for a great beer. Be sure to take the road going upriver before you cross the Colorado and go as far as the Pinnacles. Downriver to Potash is great. As mentioned, Mesa Arch at sunrise-good 45 minutes to get there but may be quite a few fellow photographers so get started early-about 1/4 mile hike to the arch. All mentioned had good suggestions. For the ultimate photo at Arches, to through the North window, scramble around the inside to get Turret arch at sunrise through the window. Again start early.

I only saw one mention for Fisher towers, I think it is worth the 20 mile trip up the Colorado river. Probably the best time is late afternoon. Go down the Shafer road just inside Canyon lands NP. Each switchback has incredible views, after a few miles go back up unless you like real rough roads. It id possible to come out on the Potash road a long the Colorado but it is rough in places. Sorry to be late with a response, been on the road.
