Oh dear - at the risk of being the party pooper - the pic looks as though it was taken late in the day, so the blue of the sea does not look natural, but should perhaps have some grey tones. I realise that I could be wrong - but how was the colour of the sea in the original?

I took this a few weeks ago. Tonight, I wanted to edit it differently, sticking a little less to the colors I saw, and brightening it up a bit. I am curious if it looks over cooked to others. Your thoughts on that would be appreciated. Download requested/recommended.

I don't think it is overcooked at all - nicely processed.

Dear Party Pooper... you are spot on in your comments. The lake was rather grey in tones when I took the photo. That was my concern in processing it as much as I did, if it was too obvious to the eye and appeared "wrong" or "unnatural" now. It was why I wanted to hear from others. So far, it seems most do not seem bothered. I appreciate your time and honesty...and courage to go against the trend.

It does not look overcooked to me although if you want my opinion the visual design needs improvement. The horizon line practically divides the image in the middle.
It is a beautiful shot.
