Dont forget your sd cards ,at least ten 128 gb…….oh and plenty of extra batteries I'd say ten or more....
And then comes the question of which tri-pod, oh and backpacks of course
None, buy another camera and a few lens when you get there. If you don't figure it out there they make good paperweights. Know your question is TIC but on a serious note, one of the best messages I ever saw in my life was on a sign outside a church I drove by. It simply said "Know when you have enough." I try to live by this - some days I do better than others.

Wow I'm in the exact same quandary. So I just decided to give up photography and learn to sketch. I'll be able to take a sketch pad and couple pencils with me wherever I go, instead of dragging around all that weight. I will have full control of the depth of field, lighting, background blur. Only problem is my subjects probably won't always sit still long enough. I'll be sketching in black and white only, but I can always convert to color in post processing when I get back home. I think it's a perfect solution for you.

Yeah, life for me was a lots easier back when I just bought postcards... then I purchased a camera and has been downhill ever since that happened.

And eventually you will end up with three sketch pads and 50 pencils and can't decide which ones to take.

I know. Should I take jet black hard pencils or softer charcoal pencils. Oh no, here we go again.
Could you introduce me to your wife?
If I can suggest!? Just stay home!!

Take them all out a few times. After several outings, it will be clear which ones are the keepers . . . Then you will be better able to make a decision. It the prime reason I do not take my wife to a Chinese restaurant - too many choices. I prefer restaurants that offer a "menu dégustation" where the chef makes all the choices.

I think the answer will come on the Big Brown Truck!

My dilema is that I have more cameras than lenses.
