Woooooo . . . some one doesn't know the Law regarding "Pornography". It mentions the words, "Having no Social Value", and ". . . of Prurient Interest". And the Law regarding Child Pornography (section 2256 of Title 18, US Code), defines child pornography as, " . . . any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor (someone under 18 years of age)" Dec 12, 2017.
I don't think ANYONE (other than a Religious fanatic) would/could see anything of sexually explicit conduct involving that 13 y.o. girl!
And, Yes Stardust, I am most definitely " . . . an unmovable mass . . ." when I am right! And the part, " . . . that doesn't fully comprehend the written language or laws nor the rule here". I always will admit that I don't "FULLY" understand ANYTHING.
And as far as your 'recluse' statement (the correct word is "Recuse"- unless you actually meant to 'avoid' further discussion), I'm sorry you feel that way. I have always thought that a discussion, or even an argument, between two people, both having an open mind, was a "Win-Win" situation. But, I will abide by your decision.

The following has been requested by 'chikid68', 'joehel2', 'InfiniteISO', and 'Toby' for MORE; so I comply. Thanks guys for liking my work. The following were also shot in SOCAL around the mid '70's, to the mid '80's.
The 1st 4 images are of the same girl. The 3rd image was shot near the top of Mt. San Antonio (10,064'- we were around 7500''.
It was 'cool', Man- about 60°); 4th image (fishing in a stream 1 ft. wide and 3 inches deep- yeah, right) was an 'on the spur of the moment' decision. We were just walking thru the wooded area of 'Little Tujunga' and came upon the stream. "Wanna go fishing", I said. The Model said, "How, with no pole and NO line"? I found a long stick and removed any small branches; she found the yellow ribbon; and I tied the bottom end of the ribbon (aka 'fishing line') to a large rock so it would look like she had 'a bite'! Ain't photography fun!
Images 5-8 different, but all same girl; last 2, different, but same girl who had NEVER modeled Nude before.
