Also, keep your photos in your extra hard drive, so they won't be affected and easy to find later by sorting them by category or date...just some suggestion.
ISO 200 which is OK, used that to keep my shutter speed since I was handholding shots,as well as f8 aperture for good overall FOV sharpness. I believe it something with the uploading process now that slightly softens the images. Some like soft images but not me as I've been taught by old film guys that's a sign of poor photography. As far as categorizing images...I've been doing that for years. By date and subject and using a special program that allows me to see a thumbnail of every image I've ever taken in my life.
