For the section in question no criminal intent is necessary to convict. Just doing it without any criminal intent is enough. Comey lied to the American people when he made his proclamation that she just guilty of mishandling.
You can think what you want but the FBI did not do a real investigation of Hillary and her cohorts. It was a sham and someday it will come out.

Is this a referral back to my post about Davy Crockett’s remarks to Congress regarding welfare in 1836? If so isn’t it pretty stupid, ridiculous and idiotic trying to relate the two?
