Great shots! Great info as well!
Thanks for the great shots. I haven’t been there in a long time.
Absolutely some of your best work I believe. The gorilla photos are beautiful in their exposure and sharpness as well as the composition. Very well done sir.
Dennis
The gorilla shots especially are exceptional
Thank you dennis2146, Gampa! The winter of 2016 was another cold one in the Chicago area. I remember the images with the gorillas in Jan / Feb occurring when I was virtually alone with animals for 20+ minutes at a time. Setting up a tripod and long lens and watching and shooting was a lot of fun.

Beautiful images and really enjoyed the narratives of the different species, Paul!
Thank you Swamp-Cork! I think I learn more about the animals from the internet afterward than probably while visiting and shooting.

Simply amazing images! Have you been published?
Thank you Bill! I've had a few images used commercially, but none from the Brookfield Zoo.

I follow your posts and you truly have a great command of your camera and an eye for composing images that draw people into them. These are outstanding captures as always. I also enjoy the educational information which helps me know more about these amazing creatures and why it is so important for all of us to protect them.
These images are sized to fill your wide-screen display.
OUTSTANDING captures!!!!
