On one of those days we drove up to the Blue Spring state park and took the two hour St John's River Cruise. It was a perfect day for it as wildlife was in abundance and we were told by one of the passengers that it was the best cruise on the river that he had ever taken.

It was a very good day - the river cruise followed by just strolling along the boardwalk. It was a thrill to see manatees in their natural setting and the walk was very pleasant, especially since the temperature was cool and humidity was low - practically perfect conditions.
