Not sure if the optimum focus for the flower is also the best for the water drop.

Well done. This photography is a lot of fun albeit labor intensive. So satisfying when you get a good shot like this one

I agree it’s both satisfying and enjoyable when you manage to replicate the image you imagined in your head (especially when it’s cold and damp outside).
