Flower Through a Water Drop a Variation Thereof

Another damp weekend in Wales so I though I would try out a gadget that arrive during the week. Some time ago I posted a picture of flowers through water drops suspended from a wire, which was warmly received, so I though I would try and photograph a flower through a drop of water in motion.

Not sure if the optimum focus for the flower is also the best for the water drop.

Lots to learn with this water drop malarky but looking forward to quite a few wet weekends in experimenting (or playing).

That is clever, getting it just right must be quite tricky. I think there is loads of scope here for variety in the results, well done. Keep 'em coming.

Thanks Brenda, the possibilities are endless while not forgetting the added complication of keeping it "True Macro"

That is really cool. The flower is of course inverted here, which is interesting too.

Thanks Mark, I was thinking of hanging the flowers upside-down from the backdrop ........ next time maybe.
