Excellent series, Jim...I've always enjoyed having the magpies around our house.
They nest in our Norwegian Pine every spring!!

The only place I ever saw magpies was on a trip to Alaska. I was fascinated by them, while the locals thought I was nuts. I didn't argue with the locals.

Very nice images Jim, of a fascinating bird.
