The car is a REO. The company made a few cars but mainly focused on trucks.
REO was merged with Diamond T in 1967 to create Diamond REO.

I checked with my Cousin in Bismarck, ND, in the 1910 photo, the diver is the Undertaker in Linton , ND and setting in front left seat is my Aunt and in back L-R is my great grandmother, another Aunt and my great grandfather, the photo was taken on main street in Linton, ND, the cousin whos mother is in front seat says it was just a joy ride in a horseless carriage.

That is a fantastic memory.
The first car is a classic Model T.
The second is a REO. The company was founded by Ransom E Olds, who had earlier founded Olds Motor Works, the company that became Oldsmobile.
Kinda curious as to why both cars appear to have the steering on the right. Were your folks originally from England?

Yes the Tracy's came from England and settled in Smithfield , PA and then some of them came to North Dakota
