If it's a loop hole in the tax laws, how does that make him a tax cheat? Cheating on your taxes is illegal, using a legal loop hole is not. Don't like it, change the law that allows it to happen, or just sit back and bitch when it's used.

Apparently he got the law changed to get some more "legal" money from the taxpayers. Did not appear to be a bi-partisan effort.
