Two years ago I asked for advice on how to take photos from trains during our upcoming trip to Switzerland (
http://www.uglyhedgehog.com/t-317221-1.html). My best advice is to try and take slower locals with windows that open or to stand in the very back of the last car. I did this as well as used many of the suggestions of fellow Hoggers to get the images posted. All were taken with a Nikon D7200 and either a Nikon 18-300 3.5-5.6 or a Tokina 12-28. Enjoy!

Great images. I remember standing in the main train station in Zurich, fascinated on how all the clocks were in perfect synchronization.
I took the train which takes you nearest the Matterhorn in June. Great ride and views. Thanks
