Boy, they can really bite you hard! Wouldn't want to be near that fight!
The ocean was many shades of blue yesterday and had deposited bright white shells and seaweed. Earlier in the week we stopped along the Erie Canal in PA.
I found this to be very interesting - a soundproof room inside the MACK Truck Museum in Allentown, PA. It was used to test trucks for noises that shouldn't be there - quieted the sound enough that sounds that might indicate issues were readily heard. Loved the design and textures.

There is a history here. On the Magdelan Islands back in the day they used whitewash to protect their wooden barns and houses but later on England had spoiled or non-selling paint and the folks there on the Islands found out and bought it...it was for protection and colours did not count. Today there colours are flagrant and it has become sort of competitive...This tradition has spread to Newfoundland, New Brunswick and Québec.

Did a cool shoot the other day at flat tide* so as to get some DOF and did a pano.
* For you inlanders, flat tide means dead low which means that the tide has reached its lowest and there is no current for the time being

Like it! Cool colors on the houses! Especially that bright blue!
Trying to decide which I like, the Color or the Black and White. The building at the end of the road is the Missouri State Capitol. I have seen this view for years, but first time I took a photo of this direction. I'm leaning toward the Black and White. Wish the cars were not in the photo.
